The Late Sh Banwari Lal Panghal Education Society was established in the year 2006 on 6th March. The foundation was laid by Smt Rajwati Panghal in the memory of her husband Late Sh Banwari Lal.

Biography of Sh Banwari Lal --
 
Choudhary Banwari Lal was born in the year of 1940 to Ch Amin Lal Panghal and Smt Kasturi Devi in the Village Baganwala. His father was passed away when he was only two years old. He had one elder brother Hawa Singh and a younger brother Mahaveer. It was the great responsibility of Smt Kasturi Devi to grow up her three children alone. She took it as challenge by God and worked extremely hard in her fields. She herself looked after agriculture and grow up her children with high self esteem and great social social respect.

With the time Sh Banwari Lal passed his school and went to join Indian Army. During his studies he helped other children in the village to study with his limited resources. This thing motivated him to join Army Education Corps. He became Grade 'A' instructor of Indian Army. He participated in the wars of 1962, 1965 and won medals there. He helped his troop to come back to India when they were surrounded by China army. His map reading was awesome and challengingly strong. With Pakistan he fought at J & K front.

After his retirement after 16 years service in the forces he joined Excise and Taxation Department. Here he collected target breaking revenue and was known as 'Target Breaker' across the department. He was a strong administrator and respectful officer of the department. He was famous for his honesty and duty fulness. After 26 years of service here he got his retirement as E.T.O. from here.

He liked children very much. He helped the poor people in the village and surroundings many a times. He was a great socially accepted kind person.
He had sound social respect across the area in Bhiwani Distt and the areas he served during his services. He was a Jem of persons. On 20th Dec 2012 at 1.45PM he stopped the journey of this birth and moved to next assignment from the Almighty. May God bless his soul with Moksha and peace.
